OUR GUARANTEE
We guarantee our work for 2 years after it is completed. If any issues are discovered, we return to the site to correct the work at no additional charge. We also store the data we collect on your jobsite on our servers with a straightforward user interface for you to access whenever you need.

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY
If you are considering hiring VentureSum and would like to put our service to the test, we offer a no-cost sample inventory of up to 5,000 poles and/or light fixtures. This includes a deliverable that meets the test requirements we establish together. Once this process is complete, you get to keep the deliverable, even if you don’t hire us to complete the entire project. Again, this is a “test drive” so there is no cost to you.

We employ a full-time, traveling field team that completes inventories throughout your current service area. We do not hire temporary or part-time personnel. When you hire VentureSum to complete a project for you, you can expect a fully-trained, seasoned team to complete your job safely and accurately.
In the field, our auditors undergo regular quality assessments. The beginning of a project requires daily quality checks until consistency and accuracy are established among all crew members. This also helps ensure that everyone is applying the requirements of the project specifications in a consistent manner. If a quality weakness is detected at any time during the project, the issue is addressed and corrected in a proactive fashion.

Our field data collection takes place on tablet computers running Microsoft Windows 10. The software for the data collection was created and programmed by VentureSum specifically for pole attachment and streetlight inventories. Written in MapInfo’s MapXtreme SDK, VentureSum’s “PoleVault” software integrates seamlessly with most industry standard GIS platforms including MapInfo, ESRI, Microstation, AutoCad, etc. GPS capability is integrated with the data collection software, allowing the capture of GPS signals from virtually any receiver, regardless of the accuracy level required.
The PoleVault data collection program has a built-in quality assessment module. The QC function of the program accumulates Pass/Fail marks during quality assessment and automatically produces a formal report of the event on-site, which gets preserved along with the other project data.

Client quality checks are both welcomed and encouraged, especially at the beginning of a project. Any issues that arise are addressed immediately and incorporated into the project field specifications. VentureSum’s preference is to host the client QC so that on-site interaction can take place if issues arise. Further, the PoleVault QC report can be delivered to the client immediately upon completion of the assessment. There is no additional charge for the time spent hosting a quality assessment.
