Data about the number of poles you have, data about who is attached to a pole you own, data about the wattage of lightbulb in your streetlight, data about the type of light bulb in your streetlamp, data about poles and streetlamps that need to be fixed or replaced, data about where each streetlight or pole is, and so much more. We know that this data is what you need when you hire us to complete a project for you. But we also know that it is much more helpful when it is organized into reports and shared with the appropriate parties so that everyone is agreeable to the invoices they will be receiving from your company at the end of the day. This is where our data management, hosting, and sharing services come into play.

Data Management
We want to be sure that the valuable data you hired us to collect is organized into usable summaries that are simple to understand. We will create all of the reports that you need to meet your objectives, but we also include a collection of additional reports filled with information that you can utilize now, or save for the future.
Data Hosting
We want to ensure that you have constant access to the information we have collected, so we host the data for you and provide you with a login to access the data whenever you choose. While you are provided with the full data set from your inventory project, we store each data point we collect for you to easily access when you need it. Our hosting platform allows you to view the information you need, with the option to filter out the information you don’t.
Data Sharing
As directed by you, we share the information we collect during your inventory with the applicable parties so that they are aware of how it affects their company. For example, if we completed a pole attachment inventory for you, we would share the number of poles and their location with the third party that is attached to the pole so they are aware and agreeable to the invoice that you will be sending them for pole rental and unauthorized attachments. We also inform them of attachments that need to be moved to a new pole, of attachments that need to be moved for safety reasons, or of attachments that may need to be repaired.
